With the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 25, there are schedule changes for some City services.
- City Hall and City Offices - City Hall, located at 300 South 5th Street, and other City offices will be closed Monday, May 25.
- Compost Facility - The City of Paducah Compost Facility, located at 1560 North 8th Street, will be closed Monday, May 25.
- Garbage and Curbside Recycling Collection - Garbage and curbside recycling collection schedules will NOT change during Memorial Day week.
Noble Park Pool
The Noble Park Pool opens for the season on Saturday, May 23, and will also be open Memorial Day. Pool hours are noon to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, through August 9. The pool is closed on Mondays except Memorial Day.
Due to a maintenance project, the spray pad at the Noble Park Pool will open at a later date.

Health Park and Coleman Park Spraygrounds
The splashpad at the Pat & Jim Brockenborough Rotary Health Park, located at 421 North 13th Street, opens for the season Saturday, May 23.
The splashpad will be open daily from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. through late summer. It is located at the corner of Harrison Street and North 13th Street in the historic Fountain Avenue Neighborhood.
Please note: The splashpad is operated by sensors embedded in the concrete that activate the water when touched.
The sprayground and restrooms at Robert Coleman Park will open at a later date due to an ongoing renovation project.
